OTHER QUESTIONS...
What did you want
to be when you were in high school? Did it come true, are you doing it now?
What's the most exciting thing that has happened to you since we left West?
What's the most important thing you've learned so far?
If you could go back to high school, and
start all over - would you? What would you do different this time?
What did you want to be when you were in high school? Did it come true, are you doing
it now? Besides being a huge smart ass, I always thought I would end up
a male stripper. But due to my lack of balance ( the stripper pole is a dangerous place kids ) that plan fell by the way side.
Now I am a Inbound Marketing Supervisor, over seeing 80-100 employees and 8 different
marketing programs. One of which brought in over $18 million in revenue last year.
What's the most exciting
thing that has happened to you since we left West? I have had lots of
exciting times however the most exciting has to be my two little girls Alaina (she is 7) and Emma (she is 4). Being
a Dad is the best! Also getting remarried to a great woman named Kelly. That’s right her name will be Kelly Kelley.
That is going to rock.
What's the most
important thing you've learned so far? I have learned to enjoy
things more and worry less. To also remember those that knew you back then and how important they were in making you
the person that you have become.
If you could go back to high
school, and start all over - would you? What would you do different
this time? If I could go back in time I would have played soccer sooner, talked less and listened more. Eddie Kelley
I was surprised to see Kenya Jefferson because as far as I knew, no one had been able to contact her.
And it was a pleasant surprise because Kenya - I missed ya girl! I'm so glad you were there. I'm sorry
I didn't get to talk to you more. Chris (Filichia) Browning
I just want to say how much fun my husband and I had this whole weekend. Also, that you
did a great job with everything. You know how to reach me so keep in touch. I'll be visiting the website often
to see if there are any updates. Take Care! Kris (Harrison) Steele
Awesome job on the reunion! Sorry I missed yesterdays!!! - Lisa (Bandy)
Collins
Thank you for everything; I too had a great time too. I hate I missed the last 3 reunions but if we continue
to keep in touch I will do my best to make the rest. I told everyone I could about the event and was blessed to have been apart of it all. xoxo

Todd & I would like to say thanks for all the pictures posted on the website. We have enjoyed seeing them & realize
what a great time we must have missed. Maybe we can make it back to the States for the next reunion. Everyone looks so happy
& we could pick out just about everyone without looking for their names. Thanks. Lisa Miller
Well, I think it would be nice to have something other than every 5 years.
There are people who have things planned. If it was other than 5 years, maybe more people would show up.
I would probably say the most interesting thing that happened to me since high school was going through
a kidney
transplant. Makes you re-evaluate things in your life. I learned what true friends
are when you go through that, friends like Alan Stanton, the others who asked how I have been doing and genuinely cared about
my health.
In all, we did have a great group of people
that we graduated with. Mike Dane
Who
were you most surprised to see? Ronda
Flood
Who changed the most and why? Van Erwin and Alan Farley b/c they filled out as men! No more tall and skinny boys.
Who
is exactly the same and why? The rest of us b/c
we look the same despite a few bodily disproportions (those areas that fell out of place)
Who do you wish you
saw? Everyone that didn’t
attend and are official graduates of the C/O 88.
Who surprised you the most and why? Blaine
Mayle b/c he said hello FIRST. He was always quiet and not an initiator; during Jr / Sr High school.
At least that was my perception.
Will
you attend the 25th reunion? Yes
What
do you think about having reunions more often than 5 years? I think an annual or every two year gathering is good. We’re getting older and tomorrow isn’t
promised. Deanna Fouche
What did you want to be when you were in high school? Did it
come true, are you doing it now? A thug.
Sike! Naw. I wanted to be a lawyer. No it didn’t come
true but I did carry on like a thug until I was 21.
What's the most exciting thing that has happened to you since we left West?
.mmm… Wow, that took a minute to
think of something. I graduated from The Ohio State University!
What's the most important thing you've learned so far? Plan for my elderly years now and tomorrow is not promised.
If you could go back to high school, and start all over - would you? If I could go back, I would. On one condition, keep the knowledge, wisdom and
understanding that I have attained up to this day when I go back. That way I can make better decisions.
Otherwise, going back, with the same mindset is useless. What would you do different
this time? I would maintain a high GPA each year and go to college immediately following high school graduation
and pursue my career as an attorney. I would also focus on my personal goals as a track athlete, achieve
those goals and be a member on my college track team. Deanna Fouche
